Campionia successfully organized a football camp in Dortmund, Germany, from March 31st to April 6th, during the April school break. The camp targeted talented young Bulgarian footballers. The primary goal was to provide these young players with an opportunity to experience high-level football and gain international exposure.

The camp featured:

  • Expert Coaching: Sessions were led by experienced coaches, including Bozhidar Dimitrov, a Bulgarian coach working in Borussia Dortmund’s academy, and Adrian Ganchev, a former Wolverhampton academy coach. The training focused on German-style football, emphasizing high tempo, dedication, and quick decision-making.
  • Academy Exposure: Participants toured Borussia Dortmund’s facilities, observed training sessions, and gained insight into the workings of a leading European academy.
  • Comprehensive Development: The camp included theoretical sessions, nutritional guidance, and an overall focus on holistic player development.
  • Selective Participation: Campionia emphasized that this was a selective camp, aimed at identifying and developing the most promising Bulgarian talents. The agency focused on quality over quantity, ensuring that the players were prepared to represent Bulgaria at a high level.
  • Logistics and Care: Campionia handled all logistics, including travel, accommodation, meals, and provided high quality sport apparel.

Campionia’s efforts were driven by a desire to bridge the gap between Bulgarian youth football and the high standards of Western European academies. The camp provided a unique opportunity for young Bulgarian players to test their skills, gain confidence, and ignite their dreams of a professional football career.
