Sofia, Bulgaria – A groundbreaking two-day coaching seminar was held on June 18th and 19th, aiming to address the lack of unified football methodology in Bulgarian youth football. The event, organized by Campionia, featured renowned Spanish methodologist Gari Fullaondo.

Fullaondo, a UEFA PRO licensed instructor with over 17 years of experience in the Spanish coaching education system, presented his Kimet methodology. The seminar focused on providing Bulgarian coaches with a world-class, accessible solution to improve youth player development.

Participants received access to Kimet Planning and T-manager software, tools designed to streamline training and methodological processes. Fullaondo also conducted practical demonstrations and discussed key topics such as training model creation, tactical concept development, and player optimization.

The seminar addressed the challenges faced by Bulgarian coaches, including the lack of standardized methodologies and support from clubs and the Bulgarian Football Union. The event was deemed a success, offering coaches valuable resources and insights to enhance their training practices.
