Following the success of our documentary on German football academies, we’re excited to continue our mission to support the development of Bulgarian football. We’ve created a new film featuring interviews conducted in Italy.

The video opens with an in-depth conversation with Kiril Rashev, an erudite Bulgarian coach working at the Genoa academy. Despite being relatively unknown to the wider Bulgarian football community, he’s diligently building his career in Italy. A devoted father of two, he’s fully supported by his partner in his Italian adventure. Kiril’s dedication to football is palpable, and we wish him every success in his pursuit of excellence in a country renowned for its coaching talent.

The second and third parts of the video feature interviews with two of Bulgaria’s most promising young footballers: Adrian Raychev and Andrey Tsoy. They play for Pisa’s U17 team and Genoa’s Primavera (U20) team, respectively. Campionia is proud to represent these talented individuals. They discuss the challenges and difficulties of playing abroad and offer advice to aspiring young Bulgarian footballers.
